OUR MISSION
Hello, my name is Margaret Gladden, I am the agency director and founder of LifeQuest Christian Counseling Services, Inc. 2006. I am board certified and licensed by the National Christian Counselors Association as a clinical pastoral counselor. I have a MA in counseling and a PHD in theology. I am also certified by the state of Missouri as a Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Drug counselor (CRADC). And also, as a substance abuse professional (SAP) providing Return to Duty processes for those required to follow Department of Transportation guidelines to resume work.
As with other mental healthcare professionals, clinical pastoral counselors assist with various issues and have specialties such as marriage and family counseling, substance use disorders therapy, and mental health conditions. We also help with faith, spiritual and religious matters. Clinical pastoral counselors at LifeQuest are mental healthcare professionals who provide the same care as secular counselors. In addition to counseling using Best Practices, we are also trained in biblical counseling and incorporate faith into sessions as it is acceptable to the client.
We at LifeQuest have a passion for the family and agree with the statement that “as the family goes, so goes society”. Our mission is to assist couples, parents, and extended family members to attain their desired goals for counseling, with the desired outcome of having the best family relationship possible.
